How do I get my Hinge export?
- Open Hinge, select your photo icon and open Settings.
- Choose “Download My Data”, select your country and confirm your email address. Submit the request.
- Wait for Hinge to prepare the export. Hinge usually quotes up to 30 days; it may take longer. The download is available for 48 hours.
- Save the ZIP on your device, then choose it here. A single matches.json also works, with fewer profile details. Maximum file size: 200 MB.
For deleted accounts, use Hinge’s privacy request process. Exports do not contain every piece of information, including other members’ personal data.

The application does not transmit your file. Website requests still involve technical connection data; see the privacy policy.
- Your file is unpacked and processed inside the browser.
- Export contents are not sent to or logged on the server.
- Processing runs in a Web Worker and ends when you close the page.
